How strong would Minato have been if he never died?

Would he be around Hiruzen level or even beyond the Sannin's level?

There is no such thing as Hiruzen level because it is something that cannot be achieved, it must be inherited from Prime and Hype.

Well I still am waiting for the Prime Hiruzen. His Sage Mode sucks ass though. If only he could use his teleport things as beacons to gain the natural energy. Oh well

Assuming Minato stayed alive, his absolute max potential more then likely would have been perfect Toad Sage Mode.

He has already surpassed both Hiruzen and the Sannin.

He could probably master flying raijin to a point without a mark for short distances like anywhere he sees but still also have marks for certain areas and opponents. He'd be the greatest S/T ninja to ever exist and he'd probably be able to teleport rasengans to marks XD too OP, It'd be called Flying raijin Level 3 XD

Personally I think he's already beyond hyperuzen but had he lived all the way up until now he'd easily be high kage, he'd have time to perfect sage mode and enough time to develop his rasengan even further, I think he'd have even made it into a projectile, tbb style with less destructiveness but more spam potential.

he would have been a beast, at death he was already at the thrids level is not greater. It was the only reason the third felt comfortable enough to retire and the leave the village to him. If he lived he would have been a beast on another level.

Glad to see everyone agrees that Minato would be too good. He could be nearly at Hashirama. Tobirama already said Minato surpassed him
