How strong would Kakashi be with Sasuke 1 Tomoe Rinnengan?

As we know if Sasuke died he was going to give his Rinnengan to Kakashi to undo IT, but here is the question just how strong would Kakashi be with Sasuke Rinnengan?

Kakashi shown he has mastered using Sharingan, MS and can even use dual sharingan to their full power.

now imagine a non Uchiha/Senju/Uzumaki like Kakashi with a tomoed rinnegan consisting of Itachi + Sasuke + Hagoromo.

If Sasuke believed Kakashi could handle implanting it then yes he could have the eye. But I doubt he'r be able to use it very well considering it took him awhile to use Kamui efficiently
