Without Kishi bullshit restriction. MS Juubito is to overpower to the point manga don't need Madara or Kaguya as next villain in queue line. To have dimension teleportation you need Juubi eye to unlock it but MS Juubito just using it with mere MS although it dimension not look extravagant like Kaguya dimension. Plus the chakra he have from Juubi.

And I'm sure he can retrieve Gyuki and Kyuubi chakra back.
