Quite powerful. But Zaraki is quite overrated, considering that not nobody is as stupid as Nnoitra to just stand still while he uses Kendo. It's a powerful technique, but there are almost no feats for it. Also, the eye-patch is basically a plot device. Kubo uses it so he can, basically, control how powerful Zaraki is. This being said, there is no way to determine exactly how powerful he is, or how powerful he will be.
