yeah i think that it will wipe out the entire army that is coming to help naruto is seconds ... if not one second ( with some exceptions )
also i see it beeing superior to BM naruto and edo madara even if it's incomplete

Even though it's missing it's two biggest chakra sources in the nine tails and eight tails, it may still be insanely strong. As we know Tobi is pretty damn smart, and if he deem's that even a piece of it's retained power is enough, I imagine Naruto, and the allied shinobi are in for a world of hurt.
