Well they're only getting some of Rikudo's power while Madara has pretty much all considering he's Juubi Jin. He's just missing Rinnegan, half of Kurama, and a small but of Octopops and the Coon.

Naruto only has small portions of Bijuu chakra, Sasuke doesn't posses Sharingan or any other advanced Asspull Uchiha jutsus Madara has been showing us.

Both new upgraded/powered up Naruto and Sasuke will be on Ten tails host Obito v1(mindless) level or even v2 separately.

However both Naruto and Sasuke cooperating will be above Ten tails host Madara, just a bit or equal with him.

In my opinion both of them vs Ten tails Madara will looks like: goku and vegeta vs buuhan(in dbz) or ssj4 goku and ssj4 vegeta vs Omega shenron(dbgt).

There's also the fact that Naruto is a true sage and can gather natural energy, which may be a part.
