He's still wrong since he failed to provide a scan of Hiashi actually one shoting the guy , all we know is that Hiashi soloed quickly and its not like CE Neji could've defeated this guy since Neji isn't even jonin level while this guy is likely High/mid jonin.

Not sure about the manga, I do remember in the anime though hiashi swoops down and one shots the dude, that's why nejis dad was put to death iirc, cause hiashi killed the cloud dude

As The Head Ninja in the cloud the dude was highly respected/trusted by Aye and was likely above the likes of Darui or any other Ninja in the clan bar kage levels like and AYE/B so ntn less than Med jonin.

Also he was never one-shotted in the manga , the anime simply didn't have anything to work with so they decided to one shot lol.



Sasuke is med/high Chunin level which is piss weak compared to Jonin level and this guy was likely stronger than every jonin in his whole village making Sasuke at the time as weak as a ant compared to this guy lol.

The guy was off panelled. You're not the strongest jounin and get off panelled like that. The strongest jounin are almost always going to be the kage's body guard or student. That nobody is neither.
