Imo, He had Sage mode(most likely even ultimate one, or even all animal sage modes combined into one(just imagine DSM + TSM + SSM)), he had most likely also Mokuton(well Juubi's essence given from His mother say all), he had Rinnegan which is widely known and common knowledge.

Well To be honest: I put Pre Jin Rikuodu Sennin above SM double Rinnegan Madara and below v2 Ten tails host Obito,

v2 Ten tails host Obito > Pre Jin Rikuodu Sennin > SM double Rinnegan Madara

He is simply somewhere there ., I would say v1 Juubi Jin Obito level but with much more skills and mind

Hagoromo would defeat Madara now like nothing. Even shortly before he died, he was able to create the moon with Chibaku Tensei and sealed Gedō Mazō. He did it without Jūbis chakra.

No, Gedō Mazō wasn't in his body anymore, it was sealed inside the moon during that process. Also, Gedō Mazō is just the empty shell of Jūbi. It doesn't have chakra, but only life-force.
