I'd say this as well. It's at least 1/3 of the power required to stop Chibaku Tensei, so my guess is that it's power is roughly between a Rasenshuriken and Tailed Beast Bomb (which seems the be the strongest of the three).

It is not really that powerful at least not on par with rasenshuriken, tsunade survived madara's version which can be assumed to be stronger and better and it could not breach a normal desert sand(which is not even gaara's best defense) + rock golem defense. For those saying it is as strong as a TBB, captain morgan must be at work=D

A normal tailed beast ball destroys mountains not cities, only that of ten tails destroys towns. Village buster moves are the strongest followed by town/city busters then mountain busters.

Yasaka Magatama seem to be high-velocity Fuuma Shurikens; large projectiles with a strong impact.

Comparing them to Rasenshuriken honestly seems like a joke to me.
