Hmm..I would disagree....although this Itachi imho will undoubtedly lose to current Sasuke. Itachi from the Pervy Sage fight beats all versions of Sasuke imho. Especially Edo...even sick Itachi beats current Sasuke if he is actually going all out imho. Remember....we have not ever seen Itachi go all out. As if he had to win at any cost.
