How strong is the 3rd Raikage "let's get this straight"

i believe both minato and tobirama could beat him.. Minato due to his intellect, sage mode and seals..

Tobirama also has great intellect and many other techniques we havent seen.. so this could go either way

Intelligence only goes so far.....


Shikamaru is beyond smarter than Naruto, but there's no way in hell that he could win against him.
3rd Raikage is far too durable to be killed by someone like Minato being Rasengan is his best technique minus Reaper Death Seal.

Tobirama.... All his S-Ranked Jutsu are incomplete. Completed by other Shinobi, and not much Jutsu shown to really have much of any effect on the 3rd Raikage.


The Sannin minus Orochimaru die... ASAP. Including Jiraiya, do you know HOW difficult it is for Jiraiya to prepare Sage Mode? ... Off the top of my head, I really can't imagine many Shinobi minus Naruto and Sasuke defeating the 3rd Raikage.

SM Naruto did it. Minato's reactions are better. So he can do it, its really that simple.

The thing is, didn't the raikage know about what happened with the hachibi?(the one fingered nukite thing-hence his "life shame") I seriously doubt that a 3rd Raikage not being controlled by kabuto would be stupid enough to even try and use the 1 fingered nukite against a teleporter like Minato. Although if the 3rd has no knowledge, then Minato could do it.
