One of the Sannin held his own against the 6 paths of pain for a pretty long time.

One of the Sannin is an invincible tank who could outlast most opponents and leave the fight with no damage (keep in mind the only opponents we've seen Tsunade stand up against since part 1 are Madara and Pain, two god tier shinobi.)

And the last one is almost as invincible as Tsunade and could even survive some things she couldn't. Not to mention he has the power to command an army of undead and fought off a 4 tailed Kyuubi while in a weakened state. There's also a possibility that since his body is now composed completely of Zetsu cells that he could use the Dragon Sage Mode (it was explained that he had the knowledge of using Sage Mode Chakra as his cursed seals are based on it, but his body couldn't handle the sage mode transformation. So in theory with Zetsu's body he should be able to use dragon sage mode now, but that's all speculation).

My point is, Sannin level is at least equal to Kage level.

OT: Suigetsu would probably be considered Kage level, yes.

My post was just wishful thinking. There is no reason to believe that Chojuro would be stronger than Suigetsu other than him being a kage.

True, I didn't even know that water jutsu Suigetsu used had a specific shape, let alone teeth. Or maybe I just wasn't paying attention.

Chojuro still has it? i didn't see him with it at the five kage meeting in chapter 700.

His advisor probabl has it, or...it's more likely that he carries it in a scroll.

suigetsu would kill tsunade mid to low diff she cant hurt him. i think he could beat jiraiya high diff because jiraiya also cant really hurt him maybe if he gets the sound genjutsu off though

Tsunade survived a bout with Madara, and he was out for her blood. I can't think of one thing Suigetsu could do to Tsunade that Madara couldn't do a thousand times worse (except maybe drown her, but I've yet to actually see a water prison jutsu end someone's life). If anything she would just outlast Suigetsu and force him to retreat.

Jiraiya has earth release which has an advantage over water release which has to at least mean something, although Suigetsu is unique among water users so it's hard to say how that would go. But between his sage mode arsenal and his access to sealing jutsu i'm sure he has something up his sleeve that could deal with Suigetsu. A five-pronged seal would screw up Suigetsu's chakra flow and we've all seen what happens when something screws with his chakra.
