How strong is SM Jiraiya?

I'v seen a lot of jiraya is a beast etc but i still think u r underestimating his SM. Considering his sage mode comes with a big nose and a bout of super acne he is already scary. Then he has 2 wonderfull acessories on his shoulders, ancient frogs. Jman already uses 2 elements, katon and doton. With ma and pa he recieve 2 more. Fuiton (from ma) and suiton (from pa), giving him a large attack defens arsenal. The frog song is extreemly usefull and the analysis from the 2 extra sages is gold. Ofcouse i dont need to mentin the extra toad oil, the SM speed and strenth or ma's long creepy tounge that can sniff out foes or act as a tarzan rope. Pain even admits that had jirayaa known his secret, he couldnt hav killed him. Also remember how base jman defeated konan (akatsuki member who almost killed obito, were it not for that evil izanagi) in seconds? But then again she was his student. So also remember the hair jutsu, and frog stomach

U r list is Good but u should put Itachi in High Tier list or Minato in Top Tier list & u super overrated Hanzo

SM Jiraiya is actually stronger than SM naruto, he can gather Natural energy indefinitely unlike Naruto, so he has no time limit, not to mention that he can also use combination jutsu since he has mama and papa toad with him at all times.

No you see tiers isn't about who would win 1v1 or some battle royale situation. The ratio of people who can beat Hanzo is so little, about the same length of Hashirama or Madara's lists. Because he's a special case ninja, with special conditions like Suigetsu or Hidan- who shouldn't really be counted in that list looking back but that definitely makes him top tier when you think how many opponents can actually defeat him in his prime.

And Minato is the top of high tier and Itachi is nearer the bottom of top tier, they're basically equal- totsuka blade and yata edged him into top tier yknow, and thanks for the compliment- I quite like that list even though it's slightly outdated.

I think u took hype into consideration while making that list in case of Hanzo , he defeated Jounin level Sannin,they are nowhere near thire current level .....
