How strong is Sasuke without Susano'O?

Without Susano'O, where would you rank current Sasuke? He easily surpasses many ninja with Amaterasu and Enton alone, and can can be placed in top ranking easily with his teleportation. His speed has shown to be his greatest asset and is one of the best, if not the best. Genjutsu could troll many and he has access to many Chidori components.

So, where would you rank Sasuke without Susano'O or a better question would be, who is the strongest person he could beat without Susano'O?

I say he's only top 10, mainly because there've many situations where Susanoo saved him so it's definitely one of his main assets.
The strongest person he can defeat without it? Well any of the 5 current kages.

Top 5 I'd say. He won't beat kaguya, naruto or madara. Even juubito would be hard but he would beat everyone else comfortably because of the cutting power of his chidori and speed.

The only ones who'd defeat him are Naruto, Kaguya, Double Rinnegan Juubi Jin Madara, and Hagoromo and his Brother. He was already shitting on Madara without Susanoo, no reason why he should be below anyone weaker than that.

The strongest person he can beat would probably be Shinju Madara. (One Eye) Though it'd be harder than it was in the manga since he'll need to defeat Limbo and Madara by himself.
