if we took Sasuke's eyes off, he would still be able to use susano'o, just like how Madara did.

Susano'o is awakened by mastering the double MS. After that you can or should use it whenever because you still have that chakra to create it. Madara showed that.

My Truthpinion is :

sasuke without his eyes is just fodder :

Reasons are :

1-sasuke without his eyes was unable to move or sense anything...

2- he never trained himself to use the powers of sharingan without using sharingan itself!!

thus : the only reason why sasuke is strong is becuz of the free rinne-sharingan he got from hagoromo

If you want to compare blind Sasuke to blind Madara, then you should give Sasuke sage mode too, because Madara had it, which didn't belong to his pool of techniques. Or take it away from Madara, but the outcome would be the same.

We don't know who would be stronger, without eyes, under equal circumstances.

Blind Madara didn't seem too worried about not having eyes, an to be fair. It's almost like he was better without them cause his confidence lvl was way high. while Sasuke nearly shatt himself when he was goin blind and look very worried that he couldn't use his precious Sussano'o or precog abilities.

It showed the difference in not just power an skill but confidence in ones power & skill. A blind Madara out classed EMS Sasuke with ease & I know that pissed alot of folks off because kuchinawa Sasuke is a genius an was out classed by Madara everytime they made contact.
