How strong is pill choji?

The choji with the pills in the sasuke retrieval arc, how strong would he be compared to other characters in the same arc
and how does he rank compared to the other members of the konoha 11?

The pills offer a boost in stats, but they also seem to affect his mindset and tactical ability.

So there may be circumstances where a calmer mind would beat a stronger body. Context is key.

Red Pill is top tier amongst the genin. If I recall correctly he was still lacking in some speed feats. Id put him under Gaara, Lee, Naruto, Sasuke, Kimimaro, Neji, and Kidomaru. Choji doesnt have much time with the pill. Gaara can fight from a range. Lee is faster and more powerful. Naruto can survive a chidori through the heart. Sasuke can read and dodge his movements. Kidomaru can fight from a range. Kimimaro is a tank. And I think Neji might still be fast enough to speed blitz and stop his chakra.
