How strong is One handed - Sasuke Rinnegan abilities now?

Now that One handed - Sasuke is fully tuned with the EYE of Solo God. So strong with it in fact he only needs 1 arm. How powerful do you think he is?

OT: Probably slightly inferior to Madara's with two Rinnegan because he doesn't have the Juubi as a chakra source to amplify the abilities scale-wise. That's merely speculation on my part.

Logically Sasuke is stronger, with the Sharingan,and Rinnegan, Sasuke has the potential to copy/use/learn/master nearly all jutsu,and on top of that he has all the Rinnegans Paths.

Having one arm doesn't negate the strength of the eye. So he's as strong as he would be with 2. Naruto is still stronger imo
