How strong is naruto right arm?

If I remember the tbb chakra is dense. So it's extremely heavy.
When naruto kcm tried it he had to make chakra arms to hold it.

And 4t and 6t the ground beneath them cracked and shattered.


So how is naruto forming it in one hand and adding wind to it without breaking his arm off?
