How strong is minato?

- He can teleport which technically he can only do (Obito doesn't really count cause he uses the other dimension with the Sharingan)
- He created the rasengan but never got a chance to finish
- He's great at seals like the Death god and etc for someone who isn't an Uzumaki.
- He fought against A (the Raikage) who is badass as well
- He became Hokage at the age of 24 (See! He didn't even have enough time to develop compared to others)
We've seen Minato fight only a handful of times like Tobirama and Hiruzen. Not only that, we've seen him mostly during the fight against the Kyuubi which he was able to seal and isn't it usually an Uzumaki who seals them?
If you think about it, they're made Hokages for a reason! Just cause we've barely seen them fight doesn't mean they're weak. So for me, he's at a high kage level.
