How strong is Mei Terumi? Can she beat these people?

I used to Mei was top 25 just behind Tsunade but the more I think about it shes not that strong. Sure her Lava and Boil release are quite OP but its that impressive in the end.

I used to think the following characters were weaker than Mei but Im currently viewing them as stronger.
Can she beat these characters/how well will she do against these characters?

she can prob beat Kakashi konan and hidan for sure.
Kakuzu, sasori, and deidara would likely give her trouble.

Characters of your list that are stronger:

-Kisame
-Konan(She is terribly underrated...)
-Sasori
-Third Kazekage(People underrate him for being killed by Sasori, seriously we have no clue the circumstances of his defeat, though it was likely poison without a created antidote which would defeat many powerful individuals...)
-Hidan(Mei has no clue of Hidan's immortality, nor how to counter...and considering she does not appear to be very swift, if she received so much as a scratch...)
-Kakuzu(He is able to utilize advanced jutsus of any normal chakra nature, her kekkei genkai does not necessarily compare well)
-Possibly Deidara

If she uses her hidden mist and blind Kakashi she would have a 20% chance, though his summoning dogs should sniff her out. Guy, Hirudora will kill her. If Kisame makes a water dome, and fuses with Samaheda Mei is dead. Hidan probably the only Akatsuki memeber she can beat. I don't see her beatin Gaara, so his predecessor Kages should own her too.

kakashi loses. he can't spam kamui under normal circumstances and in her acid mist he wouldn't see her to get an accurate hit.

might guy probably loses he can't use his taijutsu. he may win if he stays alive long enough to use hirudora but he would have to know where to aim in the mist and stay out of it until he can use it.

kisame's water gets boiled away and he gets melted trying to silent kill in her acid mist.

basically hanzo and deidara are the only ones who might win.
