How strong is Kirin?

What makes kirin OP, is that its the fastest jutsu and is undodgable by anyone except ftg users. izanagi cant be spammed but its still OP right?

The person that use Izanagi will lose his eye. So it a joker card. Jutsu that can't be spam are not OP, Most of them are just Joker cards. Naruto can spam rasenshuriken and it nearly undodgeable unless you got the speed to move away from it(only like 4 people in the NV can do that). Therefore it OP. Jutsu that can be spam and do large damage and have a hard time avoiding are mostly OP for sure!

Yeah only like 4 people can. He can spam it fast as hell now. He don't need his shadow clone to make one anymore. Now if you talking about time when he first start using it, then yeah more people can dodge it. but right now? no! Only people with them eyes or top sensors got a chance to dodge it.

But let get back to the point. Kirin ain't OP. Izanagi ain't OP. You have to set a side enough Chakra to use it and time it right. SO Kirin and Izanagi are joker cards that have to be play at the right moment or have the right set up! OP jutsu are jutsu that barely need any set up, can be spam, and do a large damage with no serious drawback!

There are good conductors and bad conductors. A good conductor is something like metal, while a bad conductor is wood. Good conductors (like metal) suffer less damage while a bad conductor (Wood) will suffer more damage to it (current will flow through it and can produce explosive results). Wood isn't something that deals good with lightning. Now of course generally there are some other factors as well and its not always the case (sometimes its skips over the surface), but since you asked what would happen if Kirin struck Shinsusenju then yes, Kirin should win. Using the ABC logic of Susanoo doesn't apply in this case. And just imagine Sasuke using Kirin now, it's a good technique.

Kishi had Sasuke used Katon to heat up the atmosphere to create a Cumulonimbus, I'm pretty sure he uses thinks somewhat of these kind of concepts whilst creating the moves.

Shinsuusenju is OP af and is easily one of the strongest ninjutsu in the NV. Kirin still wrecks it neg-diff, though.

Actually raiton in otherwords electricity is weak against wood. Electricity cannot pass through the piece of wood but it can pass through a tree.
