I would say no it couldn't beat hashi's shinsenju. That thing face tanked bijuu damas infused with perfect susanoo swords. Just one of them would likely do as much damage to the Uchiha hideout (don't forget it's hollowed out not solid).
Also for people saying 'current' sasuke should beat it - that makes no sense. The technique uses sasuke chakra as a guide, the power of the technique itself is dependant on the heaviness of the storm present and thus the lightning present. Sasuke chakra actually has. Dry little to do with the technique power. Current sasuke hasn't shown any capability to create more intensive storms so it would be the same Kirin it's always been.

Lawl, yer right. The juubi used tenpenchi which created multiple lighting strikes and basically created a weather based nuke. Tenpenchi actually means natural disaster and is miles ahead of Kirin interms of damage and scale. Even then it was tanked by narutos nine tails chakra. So your telling me that the juubi which freely manipulates nature itself and a juubi jinchuriki with all tail beasts chakra is going to be 1-shot?Believe it or not, but Kirin has the potential to one-shot the Jubi or a Jubi jin.
