How strong is Karin really?

I've been wondering about Karin for a while, she doesn't really have any fighting feats except against Guruguru, but I think that she's a better kunoichi than Kushina, or she has what it takes to surpass her one day. I mean, Kushina never showed any Sensory or Medical skills, just her Chains, so Karin beats her here. She can use a lot more techniques than Kushina (I'm talking about Kushina because she's also a member of the Uzumaki clan and she's also capable of using the Chakra Chains).

It's been stated by Orochimaru that, unlike Karin and Suigetsu, Sasuke's powers are still not at their maximum, and then this happened:

Seemingly, Orochimaru was also surprised by Karin's progress and it looks like even he didn't know that she can become any stronger.

As for her Medical skills, she treated Tsunade, who was cut in half moments ago, and has been healing Sasuke and Taka for a while. Okay, Tsunade and Sakura's Byakugou for example is probably better, but Karin's self-healing is on a different level in my view. Just look at this:

She was literally skewered, and yet, she just bit herself and she was like "screw you, that's child's play". Not to mention her Sensory skills, which are at least on par with Tobirama's, if not better, because the feats lol. Do you guys agree that Karin is one of the strongest females in Naruto, even though she doesn't have raw strenght?

She isn't. She doesn't have more techniques than Kushina, who was a seal master and taught Minato and Jariaya about Seals.

She should stay as a support drive. She does have some Uzumaki traits that allow her to use such unique jutsus but i don't think she is fit enough to be an strong offensive individual.

But is late anyway. Fans opinion about her being useless and weak will remain. But for me she is strong if you look at it in a possitive side on what could have happened if she had development.

She might have the potential to surpass Kushina. You have to remember that Kushina was good at fuinjutsu, she did teach Minato after all. Imo she's > the rookie's females, I doubt she could be Sakura doe, that's a tough one.

Her chakra chains are pretty strong being able to break buhda's arms.

nice quick concise and straight to the point thread. good job. she's pretty boss to take down Hashirama's water down Senjutsu 1000arms Buddah jutsu, WHILE healing herself from having her back completely split in two. I give her credit on that, its definitely due.

I was tempted to simply say she's fodder and move on but seriously....... she isn't that bad. Given the amount of panel time she has received, she a strong ninja I think. She's brilliant for support(sensing+healing), and she's a decent combatant due to her chakra chains and self healing.

She isn't durable enough. Repeat, ENOUGH. Not in a long fight, could take on many hits but her chakra will end too soon. Yes she bit herself and seemed to not be in a bad shape but she's slow and weak physically, without much training, therefor she'll be easily injured, and will keep on sucking herself(no pun intended even if none to be seen). A fast result to her loosing.

She's a good support, totally not an offensive type.

Her full name is Karin Uzumaki. I don't think that her chakra reserves are low. =D
