Manda solos. Normal Manda is enough to low diff Mokujin, Hachibi and every other Bijuu and he tanked C0 as shown by your sig. JJ Manda II would be super op. Manda II could even take on PS, just imagine how op he would be as a Juubi Jin.

With Rinnegan he should be about on par with Hagoromo. Lower versions are considerable weaker
