[Discussion] How Strong Is Jack The Drought? Can he Beat Luffy or Draw?

I just recently finished the recent anime episodes and it seems jack is very strong, just how strong is he? can he beat luffy?

He is definitely Marco level or maybe even stronger.
He has Fishman+Zoan strength.

He fought Neko and Inu for 5 days straight non stop and then went and sank 2 battleship and it took Sengoku and Fujitora to finally defeat him and even then he wasn't that injured as he came back to attempt to kill Zunisha but he lost and he is currently just chilling Underwater.

Dat Jack. And if we are lucky he will be the weakest Calamity and the other 2 are even stronger.

Btw Luffy couldn't even beat Big Moms 3rd strongest Commander by himself so no way he can beat Jack who has much better portrayal.

Jack should be stronger than Luffy. It's implied that if it had been a 1v1 Cracker would have beat Luffy due to the drawback time on g4.
