How strong is Guy?

He's a master of speed, taijutsu and strength but how strong is he?

Could he beat A?
Tsunade?
Gaara?

Whether he can beat Tsunade or not is highly debatable.
No way he can beat A or Gaara though.

Never got why people thought Mei was weak but i have no opinion on her so im not sure if he can beat her

in eight gates stage, he can definitely beat the crap out of the kages. But, that would be a stalemate as he would die too.
In seven gates, can give tough competition to them. Although may lose in seven gates.

Tsunade survives 8 gates with strength of 100, however I don't see Mei or Onoki beating gai in 8 gates.

He would probably be stronger but he has limited time with it and afterwards he would die so 8th gate is like RDS
