How strong is Bleach is as a whole? I've heard many things so I would like to know more about them. I have heard that Aizen killed "Time" or something like that and that he is a 4 dimensional being.

Quite powerful. It's hard to put a pin on it though, since there is a wide disparity in power scaling between individual characters. The main chars are town - city busting, with mountain and meteor busting the biggest we've seen.

Ichigo would not beat Sasuke, Sasuke is faster, has a greater arsenal of attacks and he would never get pass the Sharingan as he has no defences, Kenpatchi we have never seen unleash his full power.

It is very hard to compare power from different manga as it is all really conjecture. In Bleach there is no super strength, few Ki moves, its very hard

I heard that Ichibei can take away powers by naming them like calling them ant for an example or just by giving them a different name and Yhwach people said he sees into future and all abilities become null before him.

I doubt Yamamoto would solo anything considering Amaterasu would consume his flames and Aizen's ability is basically genjutsu which many top tiers are good at resisting and performing. But if you meant as a team then possibly I just wonder if they can handle such attack by the top tiers of NV

After he reached so called transcendent state, he started blabbing about that, but during that time he was proven wrong multiple times. There were other characters who showed 'what Aizen thought was transedent' but didn't blab about that (Yamamoto, Ichibe, Ichigo) and some of the characters didn't bother to attack Aizen even knowing he was that transcendent (Gin).

There exist at least one character who is stronger than him (Yhwach), who still has to show his full power. Ichibe is capable of controling black in whole world and is capable of stealing anyone's powers. Aizen and Ichigo are also strong, and there should exist a couple more characters who could be capable of destroying great area.

Aaeroniero with his strongest attack is capable of destroying Las Noches (dimension could be that of some city). Aaeroniero probably wouldn't be in top 60 strongest characters.
