How strong is beginning of shippuden sasuke?

We all know he made a joke of Naruto, Sakura, and Yamato. And Naruto and Sakura were improved versions of them selves (Not that impressive compared to Sasuke's growth), but Yamato was a mid-high level jonin and once was a top tier Anbu member. So with that said who do you think he could defeat? It can be anyone from anytime for example (Part 1 Gaara.)

sai sucks and Naruto and sakura were basic, yamato was his only real competition and sasuke was apparently stronger. He is akaski level, he may have lacked the skills at that moment to beat clay guy(no oro power) but he can still hold his own
