He was leader of sensor division during 4 shinobi war. He is natural sensor and he has Byakugan insight. Really deadly and unique combination.

He can use the Hidden Mist and his censor ablitys make him kinda OP. seeing how he can see where no one else can. and with his gentle fist and senbon attacks to kenketsu points make him one hell of a foe.

1. You're using Momoshiki as Ao in your Op which is misleading and wrong.
2. Ao is very adept in genjutsu detection but that's thanks to his byukagan
3. Ao surviving jyubi bomb makes no sense unless in the last second he figured out how to enter dimensions like other byukgan user momoshiki and kinshiki (but that theory is a stretch).
