7. Post-TS Crocodile (Hmm this is really tricky since he has a lot of experience and a powerful logia fruit, I will not be amazed if he is around Fujitora's level)

1. Benn Beckmann- pre-TS & post-TS, he was slightly stronger than Kizaru IMO. So I'd place him in mid-admiral tier.
2. Lucky Roo - Hard to say, maybe as strong as current Sabo?
3. Post-TS Shiliew - Low-admiral tier
4. Eustass Kid - Slightly stronger than Luffy/Law.
5. X Drake - Stronger than Luffy by a small margin. He was pretty damn strong pre-TS when he was kicking those pacifista's around.
6. Killer - Probably as strong as Zoro.
7. Post-TS Crocodile - With haki? He's most likely slightly weaker than current Sabo.

3. Post-TS Shiliew - Hm, if post BB is Yonko level (two Yonkos had their right hand men as Admiral level) so Shillew is Admiral level.
4. Eustass Kid - between VA and Admiral level, probably high end of VA level.
5. X Drake - Similar to Kid.
6. Killer - VA level
7. Post-TS Crocodile - At best I can see him little weaker than Doflamingo.
