[Question] How strong do you think the following characters will be?

the 7th Shichibukai, Dragon, Ryokugyu, Corazon, and the Gorosei(individually and together).

Here is my opinion

7th Shichibukai- I think he will be admiral level since he could cut Z's arm off and because he is the only Warlord that wasn't revealed.

Dragon- I think he will be in between PK level and yonko level.

Ryokugyu- I think he will be > to Fujitora.

Corazon- I think that he will fill the gap between Vergo and Doflamingo in terms of strength in the crew.

a Gorosei(individually)- Probably around admiral level.

Gorosei(together)- All 5 of them together are probably a level above PK level.

All Rayleigh did was coat ships for the past 20 years and he still remained at admiral level. Also, if one Gorosei is as strong as Rayleigh, a guy who is admiral level, then how would all 5 together be weaker than Prime Garp(the weakest amongst the PK trio)? Are you suggesting that anyone PK level could beat 5 admiral level(or very close to admiral level) fighters?

It's debatable whether Rayleigh was admiral level since he still had troubles keeping up with Kizaru (weakest pre-TS admiral IMO) and ofc he retired for a long time. All 5 of those gorosei's would lose to prime WB. I wouldn't say that the gorosei together are PK tier or as you said a level above PK tier.
