How Strong Do You Think Hokage Kakashi Is?

We have no feats of sharinganless Kakashi. However, he made jonin without it and Tsunade appointed Kakashi as her successor regardless of his current power level.

There are a plethora of power shinobi in the NV, that have no dojutsu, bijuu or overpowered KKG and are high ranking/high performance shinobi.


Tsunade, Jiraiaya, Orochimaru, Minato, Hiruzen, Tobirama, Guy, Ay, Darui, Muu, Ohnoki, Kurotuschi, Gengetsu, Mei, Konan, Kakuzu, Kisame, Deidara, Hidan, Sasori, Chiyo, Hanzo, Danzo, Kabuto, etc.


I'm sure Kakashi still has some moves, but how far or down, the totem pole do you think he is now?
