how strong are road to ninja characters

I recently watch latest episode of Naruto shippiden and in it I see road to ninja characters where I think only menma and choji is strong. What do you guys think are strong characters in road to. Ninja ( my list is given below)
1) Menma
2)Choji
3)Neji
4)Hinata
5) maybe Sasuke Or Shikhamaru

and that is pretty much it... we didn't see anyone do anything else
Even though Sakura in that world is the 4th Hokage's (not Minato) daughter she didn't do shit but flirt with Naruto since now he is cool and she was always shallow

Menma and Choji are self explanatory, RTN Neji = canon Neji since RTN Neji showed discipline when needed meaning his pervertedness does not interfere with his fights. Canon Hinata >>> RTN Hinata specifically because she was almost solo'd by 1010, RTN Sasuke has no feats and as such its unknown if he even has mangekyo. Canon Sasuke likely solos in ever department (excluding style =D). Canon Shikamaru >>> RTN Shikamaru since hes a fücking idiot.
