How strong are Orochimaru and Kabuto now?

Without Edo tensei i'd say kabuto is still stronger, All kabuto has lost is some of Oro's power, He still Has Taka/Sound 5/DSM/Rapid healing/Manda II and all that junk.

So if they were to fight there and then, Oro would most likely end up losing, Even with Taka's (excluding sasuke) help

Orochimaru does not have DSM nor Moukoton.

Just because his body is a zetsu body doesn't mean he can use mokuton, if that were the case, all the Hokage would be able to use it, since they were revived with Zetsus.

considering Kabuto got DSM by absorbing Orochimaru yeah he kinda does have it it specifically states in the manga that orochimaru's body before the zetsu one wasn't strong enough to handle sage mode basically it was like a sound 4 level guy

Kabuto isn't as strong at the moment, because Orochimaru took his chakra from Kabuto. If i'm not mistaken, him having Orochimaru's chakra made his Edo Tensei stronger. Possibly from the strength of Oro's chakra.

Orochimaru is quite the enigma at the moment, does he have DSM? I'd say yes, because of his white zetsu body, granting him Mokuton aswell

I feel this is a quite correct top 10.
Cant tell for sure due to that we dont exactly know Oro's abilities with
a Zetsu body and if Kabuto gained power due to being free from Izanami
or that he lost some (I believe gained).

Didn't Orochimaru just take his chakra from Kabuto, nothing else? In that case Kabuto is going to be just as strong as he was before minus the Edo Tensei.

DSM Kabuto is definitely one of Madara's biggest threats right now.

There's no place for Orochimaru in my top 10 list, and I'll refrain from putting Kabuto on it unless I know how strong he is after he lost Orochimaru's chakra.

Not counting Rikudo Madara and Juubito, my list goes as follows:

4. Naruto
5. Sasuke
6. Obito
7. Kakashi
8. Minato (base)
9. Itachi
10. Guy

But frankly, no list is absolute, since it all depends on what we measure.
Are we speaking of the ability to solo most characters?
Or are we talking about taking many opponents at once?
Better yet, maybe our criterium is being able to defeat many opponents in a row?

There's just too many factors that power composes of to make a list that is at least remotely accurate. For this list I chose a mixture of these three criteria and tried to judge characters subjectively based on it.
