if for the sake of argument you take out the whole needing to seal bit, i would give it to naruto. here me out on this. lets say for example we say that naruto still has all the powers that he had when he first faced her plus years of experience with them. naruto own chakra would have grown quite a lot since then. remember he is ashura's transmigrant, meaning he had the same chakra potential as hashirama. he only had less because he was only 16 and still had room to grow. the fact is, a 16 year old naruto was able to hold his own against kaguya. if you really think about it, had he gathered all that senjutsu that he did when fighting sasuke, he would have been even more powerful. who knows what would have happened had he done this? maybe he would have been able to take her by himself then? we just don't know. but now we are talking about a hokage naruto, who looks to have improved his base abilities. which will by extension make his RSM stronger. this fight could actually go in naruto's favor. the fact is, at 16 kaguya thought he was too dangerous. in his prime, he may be just too much for her.
