Step 1: Don't bother attacking with Bankai, just summon Kyokotsu.
Step 2: Pull out Shinken Hakyoken, Go back to Shikai.
Step 3: Use Darumasan fell over and Shinken Hakyouken to cut Lille's head off.
Step 4: Then beat the crap out of the subsequent Flamingo Apocalypse.

P.S., this works because Shinken Hakyouken is always in Shikai, and it's effect is passive, so Shunsui can use it fine. Nanao didn't need to be there.

What if indeed? Shinken Hakyouken is permanently in Shikai, and can very clearly be used by multiple owners. Also, it's effect is something the sword does on it's own without needing Nanao's input, as shown in her "fight" with Lille. All she did was stand still while Lille nuked himself. Shunsui could have easily done the same thing.

We've seen Zanpakuto used by characters other than their owners before (Okay, so once. Aizen stole Kinshara while radgolling the captains.), so it shouldn't matter if Shunsui is an Ise or not. Shinken Hakyoken is still a magical mirror paddle, regardless of who's holding it.
