[Theory] How should transformation into WZ be stopped?

So as we know Kaguya and BZ are fighting like one.. but in the latest chapter Naruto separated them from each other.. So I wonder will simply defeating BZ affect on "wrapped" Shinobi Aliance transforming into White Zetsus? Or is it totally necessary to seal Kaguya?
