How Shinobi got chakra?

Prolly SO6P used the DNA sword to alter humanity's DNA to include a Chakra network. Either it allows thoughts/stamina to produce the mental/physical energies necessary to meld Chakra, or it at the very least allows for melding of such energies. Granted, this would mean the Fruit from the tree actually also automatically bestowed a Chakra network if such a network wasn't initially in place.

Good question,

however it is said that rikudou found ninjutsu arts and traveled around the world teaching ninjutsu, it seems rikudou found out that chakra exists in every body and it takes a particular type of action(hand seals) to mold them and execute a jutsu. So IMO bascially he taught people how to draw/create chakra using their life force and spirit energy(yin-yang).

OR

He just distributed chakra to people in a way similar to what naruto did in war and taught people how to mold it and execute a jutsu.
