Movements don't equate to eight specific tenketsu on a person's Chakra Pathway System. You have to know your own exact limits then train to get past them both mentally and physically so I'm leaning towards nay (it can't be copied so easily).

The opening of the 1st gate is necessary for executing the primary lotus. This has been debated for more than a decade now, but most folk with sense agree that Sasuke unconsciously opened the first gate in the CE.
