How Sasuke's rinnegan teleport works / dimension wraping

When Sasuke uses rinnegan teleport to swap with a object he can still use susanoo straight away as seen in chapter 695 were he teleports behind Naruto and in the next page he activates susanoo.

When Sasuke goes to another dimension it looks like he may be unable to activate susanoo due to his eye temporarily weakening but this is unclear.

Also he may have improved using rinnegan teleport when swapping with objects like maybe the cool down has been reduced since he learned how to dimension wrap. Aginast Madara we see Sasuke use rinnegan teleport multiple times.

I think the reason Sasuke didn't activate susanoo to protect Sarada was that it wouldn't have been as dramatic if Sasuke used susanoo to block Shin's attack.

Its possible he couldn't use susanoo at the time but I would bet he could since he could still use rinnegan jutsu.

This would make sense but Madara can use susanoo without tomoe in his rinnegan and even without eyes.

So why would a rinnegan technique prevent Sasuke using susanoo when he can still use his rinnegan teleport and his sharingan?

he unable to activated MS or EMS. Thats why he cant used Susanoo V1 or V2 to protect Sarada and Naruto.

I thought the Rinnegan tomoe's was the reason he could swap. Now that's a regular Rinnegan ability for him, with the extra tomoe's I wanna know more of what they bring.

Yes, but madara was at full power(yes I know his eyes were missing, but he was at full power his body would allow at that point). What happens to sasuke specifically weakens his eye powers. So it would make sense if he couldn't use it. that would be the side effect of dimension jumping.

Not necessarily, it all depends on the tech. preta path would definitely use less chakra than PS, if it uses any chakra at all. PS is the most taxing MS ability, I think it would probably rank higher than a lost of Rinnegan tech in terms of how much chakra it uses.

it's either:

1) dimension jumping specifically weakens his eyes causing them to power down
2) dimension jumping is very chakra taxing. kaguya was panting after she used dimensions

dimension warping is probably the most chakra taxing rinnegan technique
