How Sasuke's Rinnegan Technique works

I think it works the same way other rinnegan techs worked.

Shinra Tensei

1. It has a cooldown

Even madara's rinnegan technique have a cooldown :

But i won't go too deep into madara's technique.

2. The technique's strength depends on the user.

Shinra Tensei can be used on a small scale which we already know, its self explanatory.

Deva Path could also increase its power to destroy a village.

3. The cooldown depends on the way the technique is used.

Deva Path could not use the technique for a while after using it on a grand scale (for the destruction of konoha)

But when used normally, it have a cooldown of 5 seconds.

But there is more to it!
I think sasuke can use his technique to teleport to long distances but the drawback being that he won't be able to use the technique again for a while because of the regeneration just like what happened with deva path as i explained earlier. But yeah that is just an educated guess, it is a theory until it happens in the manga, right?

Many people complained about why sasuke's technique had a cooldown so this is the real reason behind it and it has been this way ever since the beginning.
I hope people now have a better understanding on how sasuke's technique works.

It be reallg legit if he can reverse the jutsu or instead of replacing himself for an object, he can replace an object with someone else. Like the switcha roo they did to hit obito.

This, but for it to have a cool down like that from what we have seen there has only been one time where Sasuke covered a very long distance and that was when chasing Madara. Your explanation could be y he had his eye closed. I am not quite certain about the distance he traveled to get out of the desert, though it doesn't seem that long or how many times he tried the technique inside there.

Yeah some of Rinnegan technique have a cooldown time.

Because that Madara maybe don't use this kind of tech because of the cooldown effect.

But other think come into my mind is about the chakra reserve of the wielder.

Think about Kaguya, she using teleportation/dimension change eveytime to everywhere/escape but just effect her chakra reserve and not have any cooldown effect for his sharinnegan. Those technique is chakra intensive.

Maybe I think having very massive amount of chakra reserve able to ignore/nullify the cooldown effect.

That just a guessing.
