How sasuke will learn how to fully utilise his Rinnegan.

The marks on their hands have vanished and Naruto's cloak is down + we don't get a clear shot of his eyes after page 7, so for all we know, his Rinnegan might be gone.

I really don't see Madara teaching anything to anyone. And as far as i remember, Hagromo's chakra returned to him after Naruto and Ssuke used the sealing jutsu. I saw Naruto without his sage chakra cloak and probably Sasuke will lose the Rinnegan too.
