He never stated specifically that he wanted to eliminate all the biju he only said "Unacceptable. Let it burn." So he was probably thinking that if he takes the Amaterasu off of the Jyubi then that would give it the opportunity to attack back thus making the attack futile... So its only natural for a genius like him to recognize that that would be a possibility and would naturally disagree with doing that...

common guys !! Madara is a uchiha N he has already shown full use of his power of Sharingan ,Mangenko Sharingan N Rinnegan..He is a badass. So in short Sasuke can be a badass but still need training to beat current Naruto .But still Naruto is a Naruto ,manga revealed kyubi sage mode but never shown his power potential ,how much damage he can do,how strong he will be N if suppose he learns FTG ,,,my goodness he can kick ass 2 Madara Uchiha

Well its true Orochimaru said that to Hiruzen when Hiruzen was afraid that Orochimaru was going to use the edo 4 against Konoha and that was when Orochimaru said that he is now only interested in Sasukes development (then something about winds and a new wind) and that if Sasuke chooses then he may very well use the edo 4 against Konoha. So now Orochimaru is another follower of Sasuke XD
