And no, lol what? You probably should've put a "results may vary" in really small quotes. Every girl is different, some may actually fall for this, others may not. Unless you speak for a majority of girls then this'll still be wrong, if a girl is petty enough to leave her boyfriend (implying he was a good guy and not perfect) then there's nothing stopping her for leaving you for the same reasons. And if her boyfriend is say abusive, then that's another, she'll probably friend zone you anyway as a good friend.

personally I'm no pick up artist so not interested in stealing girls from other guys but sometimes I've got some harsh advances by boyfriends of the girls that i found interesting and what i do is just say sorry to that guy and say he have a interesting or beautiful girlfriend and then leave mostly this will leave a good expression on the girl's mind and may even apologize for her boyfriends behavior and if you're lucky enough then get the girl as well .
