How Sasuke can equal Naruto's current state

Honestly, I wouldn't be surprised if Sasuke is holding much back much more then we think or want to believe, and Kishi is just doing this to add "suspense" I mean why show a glimpse of his full power against fodder Zetsu's WHILE he was still adjusting to his new eyes and then not show it again? Kishi is holding Sasuke back for something big.
But yeah, I don't think he'll necessarily get any "power ups" as I believe he's already got everything he will get. It's just a matter of unlocking that full potential of EMS and using it.
I'd say his max power will be
Enton Coated Perfect Susanno (Self explanatory. Perhaps Juugo is killed and he awakens it. Several characters get stronger via their emotions, it already happened to Sasuke before. Besides, out of Taka, I'm pretty sure he's closer to Juugo much more then we think. Obviously stubborn Sasuke would never admit that.)
Totsuka Sword and Yata Mirror (I think while Itachi was unsure about Sasuke just before he left, he still gave the weapons to his little brother to protect him. The thing is, Sasuke doesn't even know he has the weapons. Itachi hopes Sasuke won't have to use them and if he does it'll be for "good")
Unique EMS Jutsu - He's obviously going to have a unique new Jutsu, and we're probably going to see it very, very soon.
