I am 95% sure that Sakura is convinced that Sarada is her child when she is actually Karins.

Karin is most likely dead and Sasuke obviously couldn't take care of her because of reasons -.-

Anyways after she died he went to the village, Genjutsu'd her and convinced her that they had a child together.
