I don't know... I remember in an interview Kishimoto said two major characters would die, but so far only Neji did. However, Neji's not major so I think he meant Naruto and Sasuke's deaths. If you read his old interviews you see how sneaky he was with the things we know now.

After Guy was most positive to be the next one to die, Naruto stopped that and vowed no more friends would die. I doubt any more deaths will occur in the alliance. Only the villains most likely.

Yeah like Godsuke and Narujesus, Sakura is protected by plot shield no jutsu. If any major characters die it will probably be my boy Kakashi, and if anyone else like Tsunade or Orochimaru show up. They might die as well.
