He was 13-14 I believe, when the massacre happened and subsequently joined the Akatsuki, too young for him to have kids. But still, I think he could've managed something if he really wanted, but wasn't it stated he killed his lover during the massacre as well? Probably didn't want to betray the memory or something.
And then he murdered every man, woman, and child no matter how old or young in the Uchiha clan. But he couldn't kill me because he loved me the most. Even though he mind raped me and caused me to go down a dark path he loved me in the end.
