[Theory] How PS is formed

I think that PS is formed by the constant using of the eye, it doesn't really requires more chakra in order to achieve it.

what can I use to back up this theory ? The fact that sasuke susanoo kept on becoming more complete as time goes by , evolving to the perfect form.

This could explain why itachi never was able to use PS, he just didn't train it enough to reach this form, His disease could also have played a role.

But here we have kakashi who was able tot go PS in his first try.
But why?

Obito who had the senju Dna was able to avoid the blindness of the MS, he was constantly using it over a period of time, Kakashi was using it too. he got better at using it, being able to use kamui up to more than 5 times, in the past he could only do it twice.

and now that the eyes are together this allows him to use PS because of each eyes constant use.

Why did not Itachi awaken it? He constantly uses Sharingan or are you only refering to MS?

Itachi disease that he was dieing from most likely handicapped him.

Kakashi was always called a genius. So it doesn't surprise me that he is able to form PS

There's both an unstabilized and stabilized form.

All in all, it's about being able to control a large amount of chakra. Kakashi was able to jump straight to PS because he was to copy Sasuke's use with his own Sharingan since it falls under the the category of copyable techniques.

but if he was to copy sasuke's wouldn't his look exactly like it? kakashi susanoo is different, his one has a scar on its eyes.

He was copying the chakra output of Sasuke's Perfect Susano'o - enabling him to skip all the lower versions. After all, one of the many Sharingan abilities is being able to precisely adjust chakra output levels, like Sasuke did with Naruto.
