How powerful would Orochimaru be with Kimimaro's body and Sasuke's eyes(3T)

If Orochimaru got Kimimaro's body and then decided to just kill Sasuke for his eyes how powerful would he be? I'm talking about part 1 here, so 3T Sasuke's eyes & Kimimaro's KKG. Could he beat Itachi if he did this?
